A: Typically a 100 store operation would take 4 weeks.

Q: How do you manage our relationship?
A: A Senior Essentials employee, typically a partner is your primary contact. He or she is responsible for looking after you.

Q: Do you outsource your support?
A: No.

Q: Do you outsource your software development?
A: No.

Q: Do you have non-retail customers?
A: No. Essentials concentrates on the retail industry.

Q: How often is there a new version of the software?
A: Approximately every 12 months. Essentials is working on Release 12 now, due for shipping early 2007.

Q: What are your support hours?
A: 24/7

Q: Will you make modifications to the software for us?
A: Yes. Tell Essentials what you need and they will do the rest.

Q: Can you link in with our Accounting/Finance software?
A: Yes. Essentials can link with most products.
